My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. I gave it an extra star for being a Transformer.. Christine. Indian Hills, CO. Mon Jan 12 2026

The six included accent pillows add an extra layer of texture and comfort.

This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. I really love the sectional except for one thing. The recliner where I sit all the time, the material on the underside of the footrest has ripped and the stuffing is coming out. When the footrest is down it looks terrible.. Enis. New Wilmington, PA. Mon Oct 05 2026

This is a great sectional! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the color is definitely lighter than expected. The picture and the box showed a darker blue, closer to navy. But its much lighter, closer to a denim blue. The backs are a bit lower than I would like but not bad. It was super easy to assemble. The cushions s are very firm. Ellyce. Destin, FL.
