The color is what got me first. And thank goodness I saw it in the store first because the richness of the color and texture of the fabric does not come through the photos online. I just wanted a little sofasetee for the end of my king sized bed that matched the rest of the room without costing an arm and a leg. It’s comfy enough to sit and put socksshoes on, have a friend sit and watch while I try on my latest return waiting to happen, or sit with a bowl of popcorn during the first 30 minutes of Dateline. In other words, it’s probably not what you want to doze off on— not big enough or comfortable enough, but certainly worth the money and good enough for those times you need a little extra seating occasionally. I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean. Great little sleeper sofa. As others mentioned, it’s on the smaller side but that’s exactly what we needed for our spare roomsleepover suite. The build was about 1.5 hours by myself. Not difficult at all, what you would expect. The couch is comfortable enough, what you expect. I think the bed will be perfect with a small foam topper.
