This black bridge faucet looks great once installed and feels solid with good overall build quality. The finish is clean, the operation is smooth, and it adds a lot of character to the space. My only real criticism is that installation would have been much easier if a drilling template had been included, especially for getting the hole placement exactly right. We were worried this would look too large in our kitchen but I LOVE it. It's elegant, and I actually love the higher handles a lot more than I had expected. My husband and I are both tall though, so maybe that factors in. A number of reviewers mentioned how hard it is to "snap" the nozzle back into the faucet. I found this to be also true HOWEVER, this doesn't diminish it's value to us. While it may not snap back in easily, I find myself not bothering with that since it still retracts and doesn't dangle there awkwardly. It isn't obvious when it isn't snapped in fully (to me), so I find myself not really caring about this, especially when I enjoy the look of it so much. I will try to add photos of this soon. All in all, we really love this faucet. I should also mention that we didn't pay full price, but got this on a pretty great sale price. If I paid full price I might (very slightly) care about all of this a bit more. But I didn't, and I don't. EDIT: I added some photos. The first two show the difference between it snapped in and not snapped in. Can't tell the difference? Neither can I. I had to zoom in to even remember which was which.
