Shipped quick and arrive undamaged and exactly as pictured. My son put some weight on it straight out of the gate causing one of the legs to bend but we just bent it back no harm no foul. This is a great hamper. The material is very soft! Its not scratchy like most wicker furniture and its held up pretty good over the years. I have had to reweave a few spots from my cats clawing at it but its still sturdy, large and has very strong fabric for the dividers.
