I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I stalked this couch being in stock for months and was so happy when I could order it. Overall, it was very easy to assemble by myself. I get compliments like crazy about it however I have one relatively major issue with it. Two of the seat cushions didn’t properly form after I took them out of the vacuum sealed bags they came in in the box, following all of the directions. I’ve used this couch for several months now and these two cushions are noticeably less comfortable than the rest and actually cause you to dip when you sit on them. I ended up buying seat covers for the entire couch because the fabric is very susceptible to marks and stains, which is expected. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. To say impressed is an understatement. This is huge, but can adjust any way that works. It is NOT low, the material is absolutely perfect for pets!! Pug and GSD. Better than expected! I have 2 large football player sons and it’s sturdy, comfy, large/deep seats, and longer than my old couch which was the same style/size. I like the low profile back and arms, it keeps the open concept I enjoy. They can each lay on each end and I like to snuggle up with a throw in the corner with a cup of coffee.
