House is Great but they should of sent the right color after it being on back order & then disputed it via text for an hour for him just to give me a lousy 30% off a now reduced on sale item ! Very unfair ~ Regardless I updated my review because the dog house is a GREAT PURCHASE FOR WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY NEWFOUNDLAND!. Buffy. Ohio. Mon Oct 19 2026

The setup was super simple! Everything just snaps into place. I was also happy to see that the lid opens like its supposed to. The base also has drainage. I would recommend this as a summer shelter rather than a year round one. It is sturdy for now, but well see how it manages years of weather and usage.. Sara. West Texas. Wed Apr 15 2026

The roof opens fully for easy cleaning—just vacuum or wipe down the interior with a damp cloth. Assembly is straightforward with labeled parts and clear instructions—no complicated tools required. This dog house exceeded my expectations. The material was lightweight but sturdy and resistant to leaks in the rain. The inside is spacious. Our medium sized dog (lab/pit bull mix that weighs 65 lbs) went in, laid down, and was sleep in 5 minutes--a sign that he was very comfortable in it. It was easy to assemble. We did it in 15 minutes. Lastly, I really like that the top opens so it's easy to put items inside, like the dog bed. The only thing I wish it had is a doggy door flap to help keep bugs and any small creatures out of it when it's outside and he's not in it. We'll likely add one. Otherwise, this was a perfect find!. It was easy to assemble only thing I don’t like is it has just a few Velcro to hold the bottom in place and the back should have a bar to hold down the tarp too. Anonymous. US. Sat Jul 25 2026

The roof opens with one hand. That changes everything about daily care. Feeding, cleaning, checking on your dog — all of it requires access to the interior. Most dog houses make that access awkward: crouch down, reach through the door, manoeuvre around the opening. The gas strut roof lifts fully with one hand, holds itself open without support, and gives you unrestricted access from above. Both hands free. No contortion required. The sloped roof is not just for rain drainage, though it handles that well — water runs off the angle quickly, and the eaves keep the doorway dry. The built-in ventilation maintains consistent airflow so the interior stays fresh rather than stuffy, and dry rather than damp. For a dog who spends time inside the house, that distinction matters for their comfort and their health. The interior is sized for small breeds — 30 by 23 by 22 inches gives a dog up to 30 lbs room to stand, turn, and settle without feeling like they are in a box. Smooth edges, non-toxic materials, chew-resistant construction. The kind of space a dog chooses to return to. Waterproof and UV-resistant resin handles outdoor conditions without degrading. Assembles in about 20 minutes. Lifts in about one second.

A slanted waterproof roof prevents water pooling, raised floor base keeps moisture out, and strategically placed ventilation openings ensure continuous airflow for year-round comfort. Designed for both function and comfort, this versatile shelter keeps your pet protected and your outdoor space organized.

My pig loves his new home. He's 7 and roughly 107lbs. We've added terrracotta tiles under the floor to enhance the weight limit. I plan to add wood sealer when the uv and storms take their toll, but it comes coated in something because water beads. We sprayed the inside with pet safe mold and mildew killer. The tent was easy to put together and my dogs love it! It is tall enough for my xl American Bully and very spacious. The mesh on the sides allows him to have a view from every angle, which the cover offers him shade. I also put an elevated bed inside and it's still plenty of space. The only downside would be that it's light, so it needs to pe grounded to avoid being pushed around by the wind. It comes with everything you need to do that if you locate it on grass, mine is on the concrete. Overall, great product for the price and my dogs are obsessed with it!. Iulia. Windsor, ON.
