Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see. We’re obsessed, it’s super deep and the storage is a big plus. We thought maybe the storage would make it harder but it’s so cushioned, we didn’t feel a difference. We preferred it L shaped so we only used 4 of the sections and then sold the last section as an individual ottoman.. Sonya. New York, NY. Thu Aug 06 2026

Update: they were comfortable as soon as they came out of the shrink wrap, but then as time went on the cushions got harder and harder, and they are not comfortable anymore. The stuffing is like little broken up pieces of foam and it’s too over stuffed. That makes it hard now. I do not recommend unless you want something very firm. No no Easy to put together, but very hard to get shrink wrapped cushions out of where they stuffed them into the frame of the loveseat. Very nice when done comfortable. I bought 2 so it took me some time by myself. I’m pleased with them though.. Susan O. Port Orange, FL. Mon Oct 05 2026
