This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. Love this couches, it took me some time to get use to the color at first, (reason for the 4 stars) as it looked blue under my lightning. Family loves the feel and glad we purchased this piece. The assembly went well. The color is a darker gray, although it did say taupe. We’re keeping it for the fact that it’s still matches in our room. This chair replaced a loveseat that we didn’t need anymore. It accommodate a taller person with longer legs due to the dimensions of the cushion from knee to hip. it is a little lower to the ground than I anticipated, but it is doable. It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while. I gave it 4 stars because the back cushions is a bit flat. I will be adding more colorful pillows to compliment the color scheme. The rug is from wayfair too.. Cheng. Sun Jul 05 2026
