Love the chair!!!! I was looking at a similar chair at Room & Board but it was $3200. The price is great, the quality is awesome too. Some people complained about the recline, it reclines fine. There are three settings on the chair and they all lock in place. I think some people are trying to recline between the 2nd and 3rd position and yes it doesn’t lock because its between the position. Our power recliner is a surprisingly plush way to kick back and relax. It is part Scandi-inspired, part mod in design. It has a dynamic solid and engineered wood frame with a finish. A bulky seat and back are wrapped in boucle-look polyester fabric that's also tear-resistant. They're filled with fiber-wrapped foam over sinuous springs to provide ample support as you recline. Push the buttons on the side to activate the footrests and get the back at just the right angle.

Easy to assemble. Comfortable and stylish. Only reason I did not give it 5 stats is that when you recline all the way back it does tend to fall forward so you have to be mindful when reclining. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space.
