I ran across this when searching for artificial pumpkins that could be placed outside and withstand the weather without blowing away. Given it's nice large size and unique character it is definitely a statement piece! It is heavy enough to resist the windy fall weather but light enough to move easily. It's a bit pricey but given the short life span of real pumpkins, especially with wildlife that nibbles on them, and the cost of a single good quality artificial pumpkin I would consider it a good value for the price. And it's neutral coloring will blend beautifully with any fall flowers or other decor of one's choice. The green color appears to be a slightly flocked material added to give it a mossy look. I just hope that holds up to the weather. I may give it a spray with a matte sealant to add a bit more weather protection. And while it may withstand windy weather it is a hollow construction so I would suggest placing it where there is no risk of it getting knocked over by active children or pets to avoid potential damage.
