The first vase I ordered arrived damaged. The replacement vase arrived in worse condition. Both had damage on the rim of the vase and the gift box was crushed. As this was a wedding gift I ran out of time (the second vase arrived 6 days after promised) to reorder. I managed to buff out the scratches on the vase rim and wrapped it without the gift box.
