We have two of these Adirondack chairs. One is outside in our back deck in direct sun and no covering for most of the day and the other is on our covered front porch in shade for most of the day. Both chairs have held up to the outside elements very well. We keep them inside during the winter and back out Spring to Fall. We’ve had them for one year now and they’re still in great condition. This set was very well built and is sturdy after assembly. The teal color we picked wasnt as bright as it looks in the pictures but we like it actually a little better so all is good. Be sure to pay attention of the two table legs that need to be in the middle so that the screw holes are there when you put the shelves on. Some of the pictures in the assembly didnt call attention to that. No matter just had to swap the for inside legs and reassemble it. Besides that all is good and you surely couldnt beat the price!. I weigh 127 lbs and am very comfy in my chair, but my hubby seems to keep ‘sinking’ so even though the weight max is 250, anyone close to 200 is pushing the limit it seems. IMO, great chairs! The package and all parts arrived undamaged, parts are well organized in the box with clear labeling, instruction manual is well written with clear/simple drawings, the chair color (light walnut) looks good as advertised, and the chair assembly is painless. First, the included wrench is marginal. IMO, start your chair assembly with a standard wrench - it'll make for a more pleasant experience. Second, I would pre-drill all the screw hole ends to eliminate wood cracking, specifically the seat back (see photo). Use a 3/32" drill bit or smaller on hole ends to prevent wood cracking.
