Got this for my husbands sunroom office. The fabric is soft and smooth, although it’s a faux leather it feels like a microsuede. The black is a matte mid black/dark grey versus a dark black. Finding a nice gaming chair for much larger humans has been hard. My baby bro lol is a super husky dude. He was in need of a new chair but it needed to be able to hold his weight. Chair is a bit strange for an office chair. For the seat part, the knees rest higher than your behind. The back of the chair does not move with your torso. You need to pull a lever to move it. So, if you want to move back, pull the lever and move back to where you want it. Then when you want to move forward, the back does not move up to where you are but stays back until you pull the lever again. That goes on and on every time you move. Otherwise, it is a great looking chair if you don’t mind pulling that lever all day. The leather is quite good. The heat and ventilation are really weak. The vibration works well.. Anonymous. This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. This chair looked great in the picture. It does look like the picture, but the puffy leathery look is deceptive. It really is cheaply made. The worst thing about this chair is that it forces my back to be in a hunchback position. The back of the chair is curved and doesn't adjust, therefore after trying this chair out for 10 minutes, the middle of back got a kink in it. There is no way I could ever use this chair to sit in again. I immediately called Wayfair customer service and they are picking the chair back up in a few days so I am so thankful to get this chair out of here. Wayfair is charging $200 to return it, and I feel overjoyed to spend that money to get this chair out of my house. That $200 is the best money I spent in a while! If I had got to a local store and sat in this chair first, I wouldn't have bought it because of how uncomfortable it was, but I wouldn't have expected that it should have cost more that $100 for the quality of the chair..
