Crystal clear assembly instructions. Super spacious and comfortable and sturdy. The "grey tech fabric" does not look like the solid that is in the picture - its much more variegated. Not ugly, just very different. Over all very happy with the purchase.. Shari. Colorado Springs, CO. Fri Oct 09 2026

800LBS Big and Tall Office Chair for Heavy People, Heavy Duty Executive Chair with High Back, Extra Wide Seat and Adjustable Lumbar, Large Computer Desk Chair Comfortable for Home Office

We've had this chair a few weeks now and it's been a great addition to the home office. Assembly was easy and straightforward. The chair is genuinely comfortable — the wide seat and high back make it easy to settle in for long stretches at the desk — and it feels sturdy and well built, with no wobble or creaking. It looks nicer in person than I expected, too. So far it's holding up to daily use without any complaints. Would recommend for anyone who wants a substantial, comfortable desk chair.. Elana. US. 800lbs Big and Tall Office Chair, Executive Chair with Adjustable Headrest, High Back Extra Wide Seat, Heavy Duty PU Leather for Home Office, Comfortable Large Computer Desk Chair

This office chair is comfortable and has a great look. The upholstery seems to be high quality, with a good amount of padding on the seat and back. Lumbar support is wide, although the seat pad itself is slightly misshapen. The wheels and adjustable headrest are a nice touch! Assembly isn't bad, it definitely helps having two people to position and hold parts together but it's doable with one.. Madison. Freeport, FL. Thu Jun 25 2026

This executive recliner office chair is designed for ergonomic support and all-day comfort, featuring a removable massage cushion with heat and vibration functions. The high-back design includes a reclining backrest that smoothly adjusts from 105° to 160°, along with an adjustable footrest that moves from 0 to 90°, providing complete full-body support for working, gaming, or resting, The chair also features 360° swivel functionality and Built on a reinforced base with silent caster wheels that glide smoothly without scratching floors for flexible use in any workspace, this heavy-duty chair supports up to 400 lbs, combining durability, comfort, and stability for long-term home or office use.

Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON. So far so good. The only knock is the stiffness and loudness when moving. I’m a big guy so that may have something to do with it lol. Overall it could be more comfortable.. Dewell. US. Thu Dec 21 2023

Definitely not a chair for smokers. There is a warning in the instructions to not use the chair in the vicinity of open flame or flammable combustible chemicals. That's a little bit concerning to me. And it is something that should have been more prominently disclosed in the online description. I probably would have changed my selection. Aside from that the chair was relatively easy to assemble, although the final steps would probably be easier with two people, so if you're a singleton you definitely want to be aware of that fact. And it's brand new state, the chair functions as it should and is very comfortable. We'll see what things are like in 6 to 12 months.. Earlene. Lancaster, PA. Sun Oct 18 2026

Beautiful and oh-so-comfortable office chair. This was a treat to myself -- an upgrade from the basic task chair I'd put up with for years for no good reason. Very happy with the quality and ease of assembly. There were a few washers missing, so I had to raid the workbench in the garage, but that's a fairly minor complaint. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.. Overall I think this chair is fantastic, exactly what I wanted / needed and a massive upgrade from what I had before. The leather feels nice and rich and overall I am happy with the build quality. The slight nitpicks I will mention though are, however, that the leather appears a bit thin when looking at the included square patch, though time will tell. The base where the rollers are attached is not a solid piece of wood but rather a metal frame covered in wood, this is both good and bad in ways. Good in that the cair is more sturdy and I am confident the weld will not fail, bad in that because the wood is laid over and not tightly secured, it can move quite a bit and leads to the piece feeling cheap. There is very little heigh adjustment range for the piston that is included, though they are upfront about this in the product specifications, only about an inch and the seat already sits higher than the average chair in my opinion. In addition some things to note that are neither positives or negatives, the seat and cushions are quite firm, though maybe they relax over time. The chair is also made to the average person, so people who are tall or short may find the chair slightly uncomfortable. Chair is rated to 250 lbs and I'd say that is probably accurate, the seat is not narrow but if you are wider at the hips it may be a struggle to sit properly. Again, overall, this chair is fantastic and I look forward to using it for years.. Tanner. Orlando, FL. Mon Mar 13 2023

The dynamic lumbar support, adjustable headrest, and 3D flip-up armrests help create a more ergonomic sitting experience for home offices, computer desks, study rooms, and executive workspaces.

Very high quality, easy to put together, and strong. I am a 6' 3", 310 lb man, and this chair is big even for me. Definitely recommend. I also purchased for the head support, and it is the prefect height for my head. The headrest is not height-adjustable, which is the only downside I see. The wheels roll smooth. The armrests lowest level is a tad high, but that doesn't bother me or my posture.. Josh. Minneapolis, MN. Sat Apr 18 2026
