So far so good I feel that the material looks and feels expensive! There was no mention that the Ottoman had storage, but it does so I was so pleasantly surprised. Yes the couch is firm, but not in a way that I feel is uncomfortable or hard. I am hoping that it will get more soft as time goes on which naturally should happen with these types of cushions. For now maybe everyday I will take some time to step on the cushions to help try to fluff them and soften the stuffing ) but I am extremely satisfied this couch looks and feels expensive.. Autumn. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery.
