Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. I never thought I’d be this excited about a toilet, but I absolutely love this one. It’s beautiful in person and has such a classic, substantial look. Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape.
