Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. For less than $400 this toilet is amazing. I thought O would have to spend $1,300 for something like this. I’ve used it for two days and am still getting used to not having to touch the toilet for anything like open and closing the lid or flushing. Also getting used to the bidet, I understand why others say they won’t be able to go back to regular toilet. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one.
