The five stars go to Wayfair. Managing shipments isn't always perfect, but the team went above and beyond when my two toilets didn't arrive on time as promised. Thank you for taking care of us! The Toto toilets are always great; we already know this :). Kai Yin. San Jose, CA. Tue Jul 21 2026

We just received this and it is beautiful. It is very well packed and we’re very excited to get it installed. We’re still waiting on the power to be added so it can be plugged in. I’ll post more updates once it’s installed. Looks beautiful. We just got the toilet installed and it is perfect! It wasn’t as difficult to install as we expected. Our toilet is in a small water closet so it was a bit difficult to manage to set it in place. Other than that, everything went well, and the toilet works perfectly! We definitely recommend this toilet perfectly. Sandra. Wed Sep 09 2026

Never thought I’d be so excited for a toilet. It’s nice to look at and it’s functional. I had this installed by a plumber, who huffed and puffed the whole time because it wasn’t an easy task. But it looks amazing and I’m very happy with my purchase.. Haley. Jacksonville Beach, FL. Sun Oct 04 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please excuse the mess . The toliet was easy to install but since I have tile we had to drill into the tile .The toliet corners does stick out some so be aware that you may need to relocate the water line . I really love the smart features such has seat warming ,dryer and deodorizer . The toliet does feature personalized settings which is awesome. My spouse has a different setting tailored to him . I will be replacing my downstairs toliet with a Kohler smart toliet for guest. The toliet does not have backup battery in case the power goes out but that wasn't a deal breaker for me .. Aaliyahh. Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is a traditional toilet with smart features, and given the reputation and stellar history of Toto that accompanies this toilet, this unit is ultra-reasonably priced. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Thank you to the review I read before buying this toilet that said (among other glowing comments) "just buy it." I'm giving you the same advice.. Csc. TN. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. However, for the price point it’s an excellent TOTO washlet.. Kim M. Kenmore Wa. Sat Apr 11 2026
