Tub is great! Price is great! It arrived with a busted open box and the pump was broken off. Also things that I was not aware of. I should have read more in the description. There is no plug, no faucet or handles, and no sides to the tub. Also the heater option can not be added after you receive the tub. It must be ordered at the same time and be installed by manufacture. The tub is a 80 gallon tub and my water heater is only a 40 gallon water heater. I will need a larger water heater.. Elaine. I love this tub! It doesn't look very deep but once you sit down it is so comfortable and relaxing. I use the tub daily. My only complaints are I can't connect to Bluetooth and once you use the shower head and then switch to the regular faucet the head will drip and the water goes down the hose and onto the floor. I bought this item with some hesitation as it had no reviews. Getting it to my house was interesting - various delays in shipment and my efforts to speed it up had the very opposite effect. But Wayfair worked with me and it finally arrived. My contractor decided to install it as a free-standing tub in a shower (see pictures). Install was easy, but note, the best and possibly only way to get access to the motor if it breaks down is through the front panel. I've used it and love it. Jets are powerful and the size is just right. Warning: the inside is small. I am 5'5'' woman and I can either sit in it with straight feet, or go up to my neck but have to bend my knees. Nice bathtub. Just the size we need for a small space. Works great. The control for opening and closing the drain is not great. By far my biggest complaint was the goofy discharge hose that comes with it. It's useless and an odd size. Like what they use for a BILDGE pump discharge on a boat!
