This was a disaster. I would rate it a zero, if that were an option. You depicted the item on the website as having a circular opening in the grid in the back third of the grid to match where the drain and disposal was in my Franke sink. I received a sink grid with the opening in the center of the grid. I wanted to return it but you tell me I have to pay for the return shipping-- even though it was YOUR mistake.
