I LOVE flushing this toilet!! I know it sounds ridiculous, but every time I flush I gush about how cool this toilet is. My husband even remarked how unique the flush is. Not to mention it does a great job cleaning his firecracker turds. This toilet is so much easier to clean. Traditional toilets have seemingly 100 little holes that get all dirty. This one has one giant hole, a little trough and done! So easy to keep clean. The chair height is comfortable for most people (it’s too tall for my 4’11” stature, but I make it work). Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed? Works great! I replaced a 30 year old toilet that was low flow and just had so many plumbing issues that could not push the paper through the clean out, not enough water flow to clear the lines. I finally had my yearly plumber call figure out the problem he suggested a pressurized toilet! Yay no more annual visit from the plumber nice guy but cost more than the toilet x 30 years!
