I have no idea about the quality of this product because I just received it and am guessing on how to put it together. No manual. Only a small 4" X 3" instruction pamphlet with the filters & one with the canisters. Both have minimal wording and the pictures are so tiny a magnifying glass is needed to try to see the parts and which way they go in. There is absolutely no mention of how to secure the carbon filters in the upper chamber so I guessed. No mention on how tight to make the gaskets so they don't leak. It's a bit late when you've got it filled with water. How they said to prime them with your kitchen faucet didn't work for me. They say it takes 8 minutes to put this together. That's probably only true if you've done this before. No phone number on their web site. FAQs are repetitive and unhelpful, "you just put them in". They don't stand up if they cannot be fastened in place somehow. Preworded drop down menu, so you cannot get assistance with your particular issue when you contact the web site in writing for support. Who wants to wait for that anyway? Additionally, they want you to enter your order number, which I didn't happen to have handy. Totally, totally unnecessarily frustrating assembly process and an inability to get immediate support (I was not able to locate that 24/7 chat they advertise is available either!). Cathi. When paired with a KOHLER Aquifer 4-in-1 beverage faucet, the Aquifer 4-in-1 compact undercounter system will provide you with ambient, chilled, near boiling, and sparkling water at the touch of a button. Using a single-stage filtration and absorption system, this undercounter beverage system reduces chlorine taste and odor for a fresh-tasting drink no matter the temperature. And not only does the Aquifer 4-in-1 system bring convenience to your kitchen, it also eliminates the waste of single-use water bottles and cuts down on appliances cluttering your countertop as it delivers all these functions in one system.

We use this with our under-counter beverage system, and as a family of five, we run a lot of water through it. I purchased this filter as a backup replacement, but I have to say, we've been using the original filter that came with the system since February and it has far exceeded my expectations. We also use the beverage system to fill the reservoir on our nugget ice maker, and since switching from tap water, there has been absolutely no scale buildup. That's been a huge bonus and has helped keep maintenance to a minimum. The filter life, water quality, and overall performance have been outstanding. Based on our experience, this has been a fantastic value. 10 out of 10 stars for this filter! Highly recommended.. Kris Birch. Fri May 29 2026

The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026
