These ceramic pots and pans are nice. I chose the green color which is very pretty. The pots are not heavy and are very durable. It cooked my food evenly through out. Also, the heat was distributed evenly so the middle of the pot was not hotter than the outsides. The only thing I have to get use to is the handle because it can’t stay on the pot while cooking. these pans are absolutely perfect. the quality seems to be very high, they are sturdy and the coating seems safe. they do come unassembled and you have to screw on the handles, but it comes with probably the best screwdriver i have ever had for it. i am very happy with these and can cook pancakes, grilled cheese, etc with no issues of burning or sticking, and cleaning them after is very easy.
