The only issue I’ve experienced is that the screws don’t stay tight as well as they should, so I find myself having to re-tighten them periodically with regular use. The four chairs arrived in two separate boxes but in one delivery. Everything was packed and labeled well. Shipping was fast. There were no defects with the chair parts or problems with assembly. On some of the longer "B" length screws I sprayed a very small amount of WD40 when the screw was not turning smoothly and it was easy after that. Total assembly took almost two hours for the four chairs. The chairs are decent quality for the price. I like how the legs are a kind of warm honey wood color. The cushioning is high and firm. Beautiful and elegant dining chairs online and even more beautiful in person! Love that they can be customized to suit your style or needs. The seat cushion and backing are soft velvet feel and legs sparkle especially in the sunlight. First chair was a lot easier to assemble but the second one wasn’t lining up well so there was a big gap in the back base so not sure how sturdy it will be. Eventually over time and lots of strength and force, I was able to close the gap but it’s definitely not as aligned as the other chair. Im giving us five stars because these are absolutely beautiful and good quality chairs do take your time Im putting them together and as the instructions say only screw certain screws to 80 of tightness do that because you may want to tight no more but I feel like once I tighten no more than need to be you can kind of feel the screw almost poking through the fabric With that said theyre very sturdy. My only quirk is I feel like the padding on the back of the chair where the screws going should be a little bit thicker to avoid that cause I can see accidents happening but other than that, they were simple to put together a little time-consuming you wanna do it, right Very good quality of soft plush velvet they just look very high in and really well elevate any space that you have them in.
