My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. The couch is big.The fabric is nice and comfortable and it looks nice overall. My biggest qualms are that the ottomans cannot connect and slip around. I really like this sofa bed overall. It’s the perfect size for two smaller adults to sleep comfortably, and it’s a great option for a small apartment without taking up too much space. The only issue I had is that one of the wheels underneath tends to come loose when pulling the bed out. It seems like that part wasn’t assembled very well. First of all, this couch has multiple listings on Wayfair and a competitors site. None of them had any reviews. That made us a bit wary, but it worked out well and it's really a perfect fit in our home for our needs. It has somewhat smaller dimensions for similar sectionals, which we needed, but the size of this couch with all these features... basically doesn't exist elsewhere. So it was quite a find for us. The power outlets work and save us from 1950s electrical in our home. The storage chaise is wonderful and will be used. The sofa bed option will be especially loved for those nights you really just need to stretch your legs out. It is a fairly firm cushioning, but I think that will hold up better over time, and it certainly strikes that balance between supportive and soft. The black chenille is soft. Assembly was pretty easy. Took about two hours with two of us. Came in 5 boxes and did not leave a mountain of Styrofoam for us to deal with (yay!). The instructions were not super detailed, and none of the parts were actually labeled, but it was so straightforward that it didn't matter. We did have to play around with connecting the pieces in different order to make it work, but it was fine. Price was very reasonable for the item and I think we will have it for a long time. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate.
