I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I love the color of this couch. It’s what I was thinking. Assembly was pretty easy. It came in three huge boxes that were pretty heavy. It was mostly just putting the feet on them. I was doing it by myself and found it was easier to connect the pieces together with someone else as they are very heavy. As far as comfort, the couch could use some work in that department. It’s very stiff. We’ve only had it a few days so it might just need to be broken in. But as of right now it’s pretty hard to sit on. The lay down feature is very nice and great to watch movie and spread out. My husband is 5’10 and he’s too tall for it. I’m 5’5 and it’s just about the right height for me. When the portion is not out, it’s not super comfy to just sit and watch tv. I think it’s good for the price point and because it’s just the two of us. This would not work for a large family. Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years!
