Ordered this farmhouse sink in glossy blue. Absolutely love it! Color is even better than it appears online. More iridescent. Depending on angle, it appears anywhere from indigo to purple to royal blue to black. Quality is top notch. Am extremely impressed. Kitchen is not ready yet for the install but will update with photo when it is done. I wanted something different and unique. This fits the bill!! So far so good. We are slowly replacing all of the stainless hardware in our kitchen which can get quite pricey. This sink checked all of our boxes and the price was nice. It looks a million times better than the stainless drainboard sink it replaced and we like the deep bowl. As for how ours is installed, I have an unfair advantage because my husband installs solid surfaces for a living. So he customized this drop-in sink and made it an undermount sink like he did with our previous drop-in drainboard sink. Time will only tell if this sink can withstand constant abuse from daily use and retain its clean white color. FYI, to those struggling with stains, 'Beekeepers Friend' cream cleanser is what my husband recommends to clean and remove stains from solid surfaces and it has always worked for me.. Jeni. Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range. The first sink arrived with a corner broken off. Wayfair promptly sent a new one which was perfect. It has a smooth, pottery-like finish. Some things to know if you are going to install this yourself: You need a 32 1/4" wide by 21 1/4" deep hole in the countertop with a 3/8" radius (+/-) in the corners. There are 1 3/8" circular depressions in the underside of the sink lip for soap dispensers etc. The depressions are about 3/32" deep. You need a diamond hole saw to cut through the sink, you cannot knock out the center. I used a Milwaukee diamond max 1 3/8" hole saw and their retractable starter bit and arbor (49-56-7135) to cut the hole (total cost $60). The saw self-centers in the depression. Run the drill slowly, with light-moderate pressure, and spray water on the sink and saw blade. I put the sink upside down with scraps of wood to back the cut. I found it to be surprisingly easy to cut through the material which turns into what looks like chalk. The clips that hold the sink in place on the countertop are attached with small screws to raised bosses molded into the underside of the sink lip. There are small holes pre-drilled for the screws, but they need to be drilled out with a 9/64" drill bit. A regular drill bit worked fine. Other than that, the installation was straight forward.. My family ribs me endlessly over my precious sink! It was shipped in the Arc of the Covenant. We had to use an engine hoist outfitted with a support bar to move the piece into position. It came with brackets and parts to hang on the wall, but at 400 pounds, the wall would have had to have been designed with this in mind. Instead, I did a Frankenstein bit to a thrift store oak kitchen table. We built a box out from the wall for plumbing access. Still working on getting the correct pipes and equipment, but I will have my sink eventually! Note for those looking: PLAN! It's ridiculously heavy, but oh so pretty. The drainboard will come in very handy not only when washing dishes by hand but also as an extra place for cutting vegetables. The rectangular sink can be assembled with the drainboard either to the left or right. This durable sink is made of high quality stainless steel with a brushed finish. The included sound insulating pad helps reduce noise.

It's beautiful. Because the measurement on the width is from the left end of the sink to the right end of the drainboard, be aware that the sink is smaller than it looks. Hi there. The Help& Contact page, seems, doesn't work, so I'm writing here. I was very happy when we received this sink until we started to install it. The sink is not straight, it's bent. It looks like it is not possible to built it in, because we don't want that the sink bursts or our new countertop gets damaged. I'm wondering if there is a way to return or to exchange that item?
