We needed to replace our old faucet which was similar in appearance but a lot more upscale in terms of quality and price. I will say that i love this one more than the old one. While the faucet tip is plastic, I find that it's easier and smoother to use to pull in and out and the water flows better (doesn't splash everywhere like the old one).
