Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. This is an absolutely incredible budget espresso machine that is astonishingly well priced. The espresso comes out great. I use a setting of 10 microns on my burr grinder with the dual filter and it works nicely. The machine didn’t like when I set it to 5 microns or less. Comes with a lovely portafilter.
