It has three storage shelves and three drawers, which provide plenty of space for kitchen essentials. We opted not to install the shelf on the side because we wanted to save space, and we’ve been very happy with that choice. The wheels make it easy to move when needed, while still being practical and sturdy. Overall, it’s a great-quality island that has been both functional and durable for our kitchen. Exactly as described. Relatively easy to put together - many pieces/so it takes a few hours - instructions are solid. The cam-locks were confusing at first…but once i figured it out, easy.
