Amazing product. Very good quality and really worked for me and the purpose I wanted it. The only thing is that I decided to not add the sides pieces since I didn’t need it and wanted this to be in the middle of the kitchen. I received the kitchen island with extendable dining table which had a few challenges during assembly. One of the board was not milled with the cut outs to fit the other piece together. I contacted customer service and they contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent the correct piece which took about a week to receive. During assembly, there were some areas where the pre-made holes for the screws were not lined up and required some drilling to correct. Once the island was assembled, it looked great and was sturdy. Behind the two doors is an adjustable shelf with ample storage and the drawer is wide and roomy. There is a towel rack at the end of the island and the extendable table pulls out easily and provides enough room for two adults to sit. I love the fluted wood design and the gold fixtures stands out nicely from the white. This island is exactly what ive been looking for. Unlike many others I have seen this one has the bonus of being double sided so there is a lot of storage space. The drop leaves on each end make it perfect for narrower kitchens and it is a fairly easy build if you are experienced with building flat packs. The instructions say its a two person build but I did it by myself in about five hours, you just need to think outside the box when it comes to some of the more fiddly pieces.
