This modular sectional is absolutely stunning! I was incredibly impressed when it arrived, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I initially paid extra for professional assembly, but once I unpacked everything, I realized it was much simpler than expected. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how everything connected, and after that, assembly was a breeze. In fact, I canceled my assembly appointment because it simply wasn’t worth spending the extra $100. I was able to put the entire sectional together by myself, and I’m a small woman, so I think most people will find the setup very manageable. My only minor complaint is that some of the pillows arrived with a few smudges or marks on them, likely from handling during packaging. It seemed as though whoever packed the item may not have been wearing gloves. Fortunately, the marks were minor and didn’t affect my overall satisfaction with the product. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. Well... I like it, but not exactly what we thought it would be. Especially when it shows up in 3 boxes. They for sure got it all in the boxes. Everything is vacuumed sealed. And it took more to put it together then I expected. Almost returned it, but now its together and the cushions are almost fluffed up, we give it a try.
