Just had it delivered and wow! This is a solid piece of furniture! Very heavy and smells and looks gorgeous. I’m beyond happy about it coming fully assembled. Left the protectors on the drawers because I’m moving it this weekend to a renovated room. I love the interest the first drawers have and the color is a honey oak. Just like the picture. It is worth the price tag. This will be a dresser that stays in the family for generations. I bought the matching nightstands too-that have not arrived yet! If you need to store more clothing etc. this fourteen drawer master chest is for you. It features a handsome bluff grey finish on oak veneers and has a stately presences. Side pilasters, bracket feet and a thick top provide architectural elements. Drawers have dovetail construction for durability and glide on metal ball bearing side guides. There are felt bottoms in the top drawers, and cedar in the bottom ones. Antique pewter finished hardware adds the perfect complement.

The gray finish is beautiful in person — a soft weathered tone that works with almost any wall color or flooring. The turned legs and black hardware give it a custom furniture-store feel. Multiple people have already asked where we bought it because it looks far more expensive than the price tag. The drawers are deep, smooth, and surprisingly spacious. It easily handled clothing that used to be split between two smaller dressers. No sticking, wobbling, or flimsy drawer bottoms either — which is rare these days unless you’re spending serious money. Another thing I appreciate is the overall proportions. At 60 inches wide, it makes a statement without overpowering the room. The top surface is perfect for lamps, framed photos, candles, or a large mounted TV. Assembly took some time, but everything lined up properly and the instructions were clear. This reclaimed pine chest is a one-of-a-kind piece that will make any room stand out. The piece features a unique bow front that is pleasing to any eye.

So the dresser is absolutely beautiful and larger in scale than anticipated. Initially purchased for my young daughter but the drawers are not on any track system and there is nothing to prevent them from being pulled out entirely. The pine is actually very soft like new pine, not hard and dense like "old wood." Wood is also rather unfinished and a bit splintery. I will be adding a wax layer to make it softer to the touch and prevent staining since it will now be used as an accent cabinet. It really is charming and I like it, but not quite what I expected. Smell is very unpleasant but I imagine that will go away with time. Completely assembled, even feet. Cant recommend for a child's use or for heavy frequent use. Good for a guest room or entry..
