I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I was skeptical but it’s great quality and SO comfortable! I first bought one for my younger son a few months ago and just bought this one for his older sibling. It’s comfier than my expensive mattress! The first order from a few months ago said to let it fully firm up for 24hrs or more but when I got this one it said it only needs 60 seconds. Amazing adjustable bed and great price, it also has massage feature but it’s just vibration, does feel nice for the moment but the vibration can be felt and heard from the floor, maybe adding a rug would help but another then that it’s great and the motors are quiet.
