I LOVE this mattress. Made the mistake in the past of purchasing softer mattresses because they seemed plush at the store but only ever ended up with back pain. This mattress doesn’t arrive in a small box. We wanted a real old school firm mattress and this one is a dream to sleep on. Just having to have emergency hamstring reattachment surgery to where I was laid up in bed for almost 6 weeks I was so afraid that I wouldn't be comfortable and not be able to get any rest to heal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. This mattress is firm and holds my body. I don't "sink in" like foam mattresses. It has just enough give in the padding on the very top so that you know you're not laying on " a board". I can only be comfortable being on firm mattresses and this is extremely helpful to my back and to my recovery for my hamstring. I wouldn't give this mattress up if God himself asked me for it. This mattress is plush yet firm. We tried all the mattresses in the store and this by far was the most comfortable. It is quality and highly recommended for a good nights sleep.
