The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I would recommend this bed to anyone but be mindful of scheduling and delivery options because it is very heavy if you dont live on the first floor with no elevator that will be an issue.. Lynne. I wouldn’t highly recommend. It took my husband and me about an hour and a half to assemble and when we were done, we realized there were two “this side up” arrow stickers showing on the wings. They wouldn’t come except for by me cramping them off with tweezers, and they left yellow rings on the “velvet”. I wouldn’t call it velvet either. It’s a cheap version of it. Also, the pictures in the ad hide the fact that the headboard is two pieces. I wouldn’t have ordered if I realized that. Thankfully my pillows cover it but it cheapens it too. The head and tail of the bed are all designed with tufting, which has a beautiful appearance. It also has a charging port and a led strip, which is very practical. The bedstead is made of metal, which has excellent load-bearing capacity. The bed board has mute bars, so it is quiet and comfortable to sleep on. And simple installation, worth having.
