The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I would recommend this bed to anyone but be mindful of scheduling and delivery options because it is very heavy if you dont live on the first floor with no elevator that will be an issue.. Lynne. I wouldn’t highly recommend. It took my husband and me about an hour and a half to assemble and when we were done, we realized there were two “this side up” arrow stickers showing on the wings. They wouldn’t come except for by me cramping them off with tweezers, and they left yellow rings on the “velvet”. I wouldn’t call it velvet either. It’s a cheap version of it. Also, the pictures in the ad hide the fact that the headboard is two pieces. I wouldn’t have ordered if I realized that. Thankfully my pillows cover it but it cheapens it too. They did take me and my husband to put together just with Allen wrench and a drill, which is not really necessary. Just kind of speeds of the process, but it is nice. honestly I would use this more as a guest bedroomor in a guest bedroom so Im not sure about the quality although it does have the wood planks for stability so its firm it doesnt feel like its gonna break or anything like that. It is a good quality bedframe and its nice. It looks pretty elegant. For the price its a good bed but for longevity or something thats more of a statement piece.
