We’ve actually purchased this bed frame twice this year! We first bought the queen size for ourselves and were very happy with it. A couple of months later, we decided to upgrade to a king-size bed, so we gave the queen frame to our son and purchased the exact same bed frame again in king size. We love the quality. It’s made from solid wood, feels sturdy and well-made. It works with our new 16-inch-high mattress and adjustable base, although the headboard does look a little short with such a tall mattress and base. The headboard came with a big crack in a panel. I got the bed in a few days and the replacement will not come for a week. I picked this one partly because of the quick shipping and will I have to wait to get the broken replacement parts. It does come in a ton of pieces. You have to put it all together. It is a very pretty and sturdy bedframe. I took a star off because they were not pre-drilled holes for some screws and that was unclear in the directions. It took me one hour and and and 45 minutes to put it together as one person. Also two of the side pieces were the same so I had to unscrew the brackets and switch them so they would become opposite side frames. The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I would recommend this bed to anyone but be mindful of scheduling and delivery options because it is very heavy if you dont live on the first floor with no elevator that will be an issue.. Lynne. We’re slowly updating our bedroom furniture and decided to start with the piece that would make the most impact - the bed! Overall, love it. It’s simple, which is exactly what we were looking for. The way the slats work with the Velcro and screwing directly into the two support beams ensures everything is even and the mattress will be properly supported. The under bed clearance is perfect, just enough to store things but not so high that you can see a bunch of under bed storage bins. The way the side rails connect to the footboard and the headboard is a great idea in theory, but the execution is poor. The metal connectors fit into the slots, but they’re don’t push down and lock in like the directions state they should. We had to get a mallet and really whack it to get all four corners to lock in. Even after the fact, one of them still didn’t lock it super well. So I recommend after you get everything assembled and placed in your room where you want it, get after it with a mallet again on all four corners. Also be sure to cover the bed frame with a towel before using the mallet. A triple folded bath towel was perfect, and left no indents on the bed frame. Overall, I’d buy this bed frame again! It looks fantastic in our room. The thin frame gave us 8” inches back in our room widthwise and lengthwise, the room feels lighter and more open.. Ava Kathryn. Colorado Springs, CO. Sun Aug 09 2026

Overall the main bed frame has been solid - no shaking, which is what I was worried about. The headboard is another story, that part is not as well constructed so it's more decoration. It's also overall bigger that a Cal King mattress so there is an open space on either the top or bottom (picture), the sides are an exact fit. Since the frame is sturdy for, um, adult time, I'm glad we decided to save the money versus the much more expensive other stores!
