Very nice bedframe. I needed a bed with a shorter headboard to accommodate the window in my bedroom. This bed works great and seems very sturdy. My only complaint is that the pre-drilled holes to attach the brackets on the headboard and footboard aren't nearly large enough so I had to go in and drill them a little wider. This arrived quickly and was packaged well. It’s real wood, so it was pretty heavy. It’s best for two people to assemble this but doable for one person. The heaviest part is the set of slats. The headboard, footboard and sides were easy to connect together. The annoying part was laying the slats since they are connected to each other and were heavy to maneuver. Then after laying them all out, the last wood slat wouldn’t lay flat since there’s a wood block that’s in the way. So I had to adjust the slats again but it would leave too much of a gap at one end. So I ended up just leaving the last wood slat as is. Thus, knocked out a star for that. Other than that, the quality looks great and this bed frame is pretty solid and sturdy!. Cristina. The bed went together fairly easily, even with one person! For a few of the steps, I had it leaning on the wall with a blanket for extra protection, but the pieces went together smoothly with little extra effort. The most time consuming part was simply attaching the bed slats, which was quick with a drill.
