The bronze color is a rich matte finish brown. I am 64 yo and was able to build it by myself. It did take a while (NOT 1.5 hours for me) and as another reviewer said, pushing all those plastic pieces in was rough on the hands ! It does seem very sturdy though. Well built, not flimsy at all. Don't tighten anything at all until everything is together - leave it really loose. Had to go back and loosen at first for more flexibility in connecting. 8" mattresses coming tomorrow - $99 deal each so the whole thing will be less than $500 for my grandchildren when they visit so they no longer have to bring sleeping bags or camp out on the floor ! I'd show you after the bedding is on but I'll prob forget so here it is....for now. Wendy. Ocean, NJ. Thu Oct 15 2026

Reversible cushions add everyday versatility, while included toss pillows provide supportive comfort. Its low-profile silhouette easily transitions from a regular couch to a floor mattress without taking up extra floor space. Plus, the cover zips off for quick maintenance.

Impressively solid sofa, given the delivery method means it shows up as what appears to be two of the heaviest sleeping bags you’ve ever handled. Shockingly firm and stable seat. If it seems like the arm rests are too long/poorly fitted with the couch, recommended swapping them to the opposite positions; the legs of each angle are not equal lengths, there’s a short end and a long end. Bed mode also wants the cushions “hamburger style,” so to speak. I’ve included photos of the right and wrong way to line things up, so you can see the difference in fit. Sofa is the smaller sized option.. Hannah. Odenton, MD. Wed Sep 30 2026

Easy to put together and no tools required. Couch does have a strong chemical smell for a couple days. The fabric is very soft and the quality of the couch seems good. It’s a little firm but comfortable and will be fine for an occasional guest bed. I do recommended adding your own throw pillows. The ones included are small and thin.. Kristin. Smyrna, GA. I absolutely love this sofa bed! It’s incredibly comfortable, and the corduroy fabric feels so soft and cozy.
