This pillow is nice, soft and perfect for someone who is a side sleeper. The design makes it easy to grip when sleeping, ensuring that it contours to the body. The fabric cover is soft and stays cool throughout the night. The only reason for four stars is that the pillow insert makes the fabric cover look snagged over time. The fabric cover does not snag, but because the pillow insert becomes wrinkled over time and use, it makes the cover look more worn like in the closeup picture. The bed arrived extremely fast and everything came nicely packaged. I opted to put the whole thing together myself. It’s not too difficult but a bit tedious.
