I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable.
