It was very easy to assemble with clear directions. As you progress through the sides, it is harder to determine if the male and female joints are perfectly aligned. I bought 2, and the second one was little more warped. The blind top corner was not clicking. After a few tries of undoing and redoing, it came together correctly and clicked. When undoing, it easy for the plastic to crack on the next male/female connection. Otherwise, all of it was very simple. The top weight load of two persons and over 600 lbs will be determined. I'm less than 150 lbs, and it seemed to give a bit when sitting toward the middle. My wife and I are satisfied with the product for the price, but it is by no means "heavy duty" plastic. We ordered the set of the two deck boxes for our back breezeway and are so happy we did. As you can see, it holds A LOT of stuff! The assembly was easy, took my husband about 25 minutes from start to finish per box with interruptions from the kiddos. The second box was missing the assembly hardware but Wayfair was fantastic and very quickly rectified the situation. These boxes are sturdy and roomy, the pressured latch prevents little fingers getting pinched which is a huge bonus. Absolutely love this cushion. It’s very comfortable to sit on. Make sure you get the correct measurements unlike myself I measured 2 inches short. But that’s on me. I like the flipside where it has like anti-slip fabric. This is the exact color I was looking for. It came in a small box and very tightly wrapped. When I unwrapped it, it opened right up.
