This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together.. This pillow arrived in a tightly plastic wrapped, square-ish package. I honestly did not think it was the bolster pillow...but it was! I removed it from the packaging and attempted to fluff it, without much success. I let it sit overnight and it did improve, but it is not yet in a cylinder shape. I am not holding out much hope, but I may toss it in the dryer for more fluffing. Meanwhile, the pillow color is exactly what I wanted, which is great. I am using it inside for my lounge area. It is a Sunbrella fabric, too, so I know it will be durable. The cover is zippered, so it can be removed to be washed, if necessary. As of now, its shape is more of a slightly flattened cylinder, but when it is on the chair, I do not notice as much that it is not quite round!. Jani. Glendora Ca. Tue Apr 28 2026
