Pretty easy to install with one person. Seems flimsy while building, but once built, it’s pretty sturdy. Took one person about 6 hours to build. I did need some help with the roof. After built, I added some silicone around the seams, and some spray foam in the corners to make sure no moisture came in. True to the dimensions. Color was spot on. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. This outdoor storage shed is pretty complicated to build. It took me a couple of days to put together the floor and the walls, and I'm still not done because I realized a few parts are missing from the back wall, and the front wall part is about 3 inches shorter. So now I'm waiting for the missing parts and doing my best to make it work. My level of experience in assembling stuff is so-so, but I strongly recommend hiring people to build this because it's pretty complicated to build a shed like this that has over probably 100 parts that have to be meticulously assembled together.
