This is a nice chair, but the assembly process was definitely NOT nice. The screw holes connecting the armrests were crooked, forcing the screws to go in crooked. I wrestled with those for hours. The back required jujitsu-type maneuvering, and the amount of time it took to put this together was slightly ridiculous. That said, once it was all done, it turned out to be a comfortable chair. I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. Recently, Ive been experiencing gradually increasing pain in my neck and waist, and I realized that I needed to change my office chair for the sake of my health. So, I chose this chair. The lumbar support and headrest are my favorites, and they have really relieved my pain. So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL.
