A lot of the reviews said they were hard to assemble so I paid for the Wayfair assembler and they came out great. We got 3 of these for our back porch and there are very comfortable. They are also pretty heavy chairs. The plastic handle on the side that you pull to recline feels cheap, but other than that they look exactly like the photos in the listing.. Laura. Sugar Land, TX. So far so good! Easy to assemble, study, comfortable. The feel of the material is actually nicer than I expected, kind of a matte feel to it.
