5 stars for the tile, I would give 3 stars to Wayfair. I used this tile on my bathroom floor, and I absolutely adore it! The tile is exactly what I hoped for and expected. The texture feels great on bare feet, smooth but not slippery. The delivery was a week late, Wayfair wasn't too helpful. The customer service rep told me to "Stay positive, maybe I'll get lucky" when I told him my construction project had been delayed due to the late delivery. We finished our project back in December 2023 and, so far, these tiles have held up beautifully. Not only that, I get sooooo many compliments on them when I show people photos or give them a tour in person. This bathroom was part of renovation that saw a half bath (originally just a sink and a toilet) be turned into a bathroom with walk-in shower. We had this work done as part of a self-contained studio to rent to travelling nurses on short term contracts to help with my Mom's care costs. I feel that this bathroom has played a huge part in the fact that we have not had an empty rental period since January. We also bought the vanity pictured in my photos from Wayfair. The only reason they did not get five stars with the numerous cases that had to be sent to replace all the breakage unfortunately because it is a diamond pattern. The tips are prone to breaking while shipping. Wayfair was very courteous and replaced them immediately, but give yourself a timeline with remodel to allow for a lot of replacements.
