We are very happy so far with the chairs themselves. One issue was the extensive time to receive as they were on backorder although inventory showed 10 in stock when we ordered. The elegant woven rattan seatback design on the outside of the Bal Harbor office chair complements the rich leather seatback on the inside. Aged brass burnished casters are featured at the bottom of the Bal Harbor office chair. The standard casters on all Lexington Home Brands upholstered chairs are designed for use on carpeted, porcelain, ceramic or stone surfaces. Most hardwood and vinyl floors have a softer surface, which may cause casters to leave tracking marks. In cases where the chairs are used directly on hardwood flooring, engineered flooring or vinyl surfaces, the standard casters should be replaced with hardwood-safe casters.
