I bought this for one of my Airbnb’s. Installation took about an hour with 2 people and was easier than I anticipated. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. I'm really happy with this storage ottoman! It was actually much larger than I expected, so it didn't fit in the original spot I had planned for it. That ended up being a blessing because it looks perfect in our living room and doubles as extra seating when we have guests over. The green color is absolutely beautiful and matches our furniture perfectly. The storage compartment is roomy enough to hold one large throw blanket or about two to three smaller blankets, which is great for keeping the living room tidy. The only thing I wish it had is hinges on the lid. Since the top is completely removable, it doesn't always sit perfectly flush when you put it back on, so you have to adjust it a little. One unexpected bonus is that my dogs are obsessed with it! The fabric is incredibly soft, and it's large enough for them to stretch out and lay on comfortably.
