I’m 6ft 180 and this is the perfect reading chair and is awesome for movies because of the reclining. Anonymous. Sat Oct 10 2026

Relax in timeless comfort with this manual recliner, featuring solid wood legs and upholstered armrests for a warm, inviting look. Expertly crafted from kiln-dried wood and built with mortise-and-tenon joinery reinforced by corner blocks, it offers lasting durability and stability. Designed for effortless manual adjustment, this recliner blends classic craftsmanship with everyday comfort—perfect for any cozy living space.

Beautiful, sturdy, and well-built recliner. The fabric and wood look exactly like the photos. It comes in two pieces and assembly is simple, but it’s quite heavy, so you’ll likely need help getting it into place. I’m taking off one star because of the packaging. The back legs aren’t protected, and mine arrived cracked. The first one I received had a completely broken leg and had to be returned. Given the size and weight of the box, this feels like an avoidable issue. The reclining mechanism is a bit stiff at first and can catch you off guard, but I expect that to improve with use. Overall, it’s an elegant chair that fits well with different decor styles. One heads-up: unpacking takes some effort. Plan for about 30 minutes, and be ready to break down a large box and a lot of packaging before disposal.. Massiel. Tampa, FL. Sun May 10 2026

I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. My husband was doubtful but he can’t stay off of them now. -) The electrical mechanism works well so far. You must lower the reclining mechanism to get out of them or the entire chair moves forward with you (so not super stable if used in that way), but just don’t rush and take the time to lower it to get out and you’ll be fine..
