The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. It took me about 6 hours to build it by myself as it’s a big organizer, and pay extra attention to the instructions and how the each specific panels is display in the instructions. I placed a panel in the correct place but in the wrong way and had to dismantle the whole thing to start over. it’s beautiful but I would say the paint chips really easily so be careful when screwing the screws.
